Making careers with us more accessible than ever

It’s our ambition to be an inclusive employer for people from all backgrounds, and to do that, every aspect of our organisation has to be welcoming and accessible for everyone. That starts with our website, where we’re making sure everyone has equal access and equal opportunity to get to know us. That’s why we’re proud to announce we’re working with Recite Me. Our new accessibility tool allows visitors to customise our site the way they need it to work for them, whether that’s text-to-speech tools, a range of colour contrasts, tools for dyslexia, or translation into over 100 different languages.

Keeping the Aspidistra flying

Our history of specialism in secure radio

Today, FCO Services have radio engineers and installers working all over the world for our government customers. In the event of an emergency – an earthquake, for instance – our radio team’s expertise is essential to customers worldwide.

Our teams draw on their expertise to prepare for all eventualities, since the weather can affect even technical equipment in ways you might not expect, whether it’s laptops melting or server rooms overheating.
